Facing our fears

I thought I would put this out because everyone has fears and in fact fears have a positive side, they help us evaluate situations and stop us from harming ourselves. But Fears can also stop us doing the things we would like to do.

A lot of clients that phone me, in addition to whatever they want to achieve like giving up smoking or whatever it may be. Many also have fears around what hypnosis is and whether they can be hypnotised, and in some ways I am not surprised because it is one of those things that still has some mystery attached to it. If you are interested there is a FREE open afternoon here at ‘The Changing Room’ on Saturday 25th February 2012 from midday to 6pm. It will be very informal and friendly, you can have a free drink, ask questions, have a chat or just look around and listen. I will be there and also the other therapists who practise acupuncture and aromatherapy.

As with all fears, a fear of the unknown dissolves and disappears when you know more information, and get to talk to a friendly human being! So I would love to meet you on the open day, or if you read this after the date has gone, just call me on 01895 274 506 and I will be happy to talk to you. Chris Calloway.
